Licensed Esthetician & Permanent Makeup Artist/ Tattoo Artist Welcome to Imperfectly Inked! I’m Sara, a licensed esthetician, brow artist, permanent makeup artist, and fine line tattoo artist. My passion for enhancing natural beauty led me to specialize in brows and permanent makeup, and I’ve dedicated the past four years to mastering my craft through extensive training. I also had the privilege of interning at NadyB for over a year, where I refined my skills under expert guidance. At Imperfectly Inked, I believe that beauty is unique to each individual, and my goal is to enhance your natural features while making you feel confident and empowered. CANCELLATION POLICY
At Imperfectly Inked, I’m committed to the best service while respecting the time of all clients. Please review my booking and cancellation policies carefully before scheduling your appointment. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS: - By appointment only- walk in’s are not accepted. -All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. - Deposits are required for every service and the remaining balance must be paid at your service appointment. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOWS - A 24-hour notices is required for cancellations or rescheduling without penalty. - Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. - No-shows may result in loss of booking privileges. - Same day cancellation and no-shows will results in forfeited deposit. PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES - Same day cancellation (within 24 hours) and no-shows will result to loss in deposit. - 15 minute grace period. - If you arrive after your grace period, your appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show of adjusted for the remaining time available. WAXING SERVICES - 5 minute grace period. - Same day cancellations (within 24 hours) and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service coast. -If you arrive after your grace period, your appointment may be canceled and charged as a no-show of adjusted for the remaining time available. RESCHEDULING LIMITS - Clients may reschedule once per deposit transfer. - If rescheduled multiple times, a new deposit will be required. REFUND & CHARGEBACK POLICY - Deposits and cancellation are none-refundable under any circumstances. - Any charge backs are disputes will result in the client being permanently banned from booking any future services. SICK POLICY - If you are feeling unwell. Please notify Imperfectly Inked ASAP to reschedule your appointment. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
